Fine venue, good food, unbeatable location handy to activities. Central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card available in the king room. Comfortable bed; clean bathroom.

The location in a safe area was perfect and there were a mall and supermarkets nearby. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. The room was updated and a nice size, included with clean bathroom, cleaned towels, outside decor.

We had a lovely stay with a comfy king bed and a nice microwave and fridge to keep snacks handy. The pool area and complimentary drinks at the lobby made it perfect for relaxing. It was a bit tricky to find parking with all the remodel stuff around, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

The location for Monterey was great and absolutely perfect, close to the Monterey Bay Aqaurim, Denny's, Downtown Monterey, the beach, and downtown and three chain restaurants. Tried some nice meals at Pretzel Time, located not too far from the hotel.

Good location. The harbour can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. The shopping center Del Monte Plaza in 10 minutes. The Monterey Peninsula and Carmel by the Sea are well worth exploring by car.

The pool is located directly on the main road and can only be reached via the parking lot. No breakfast possible.

The room was clean and comfy, with a tv, microwave, and a mini fridge. Really liked the hardwood floors and ample power outlets. Parking was super easy right outside the room, and the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, free wifi was a nice bonus!

Solo traveler needs to be cautious

Their staff was super helpful and resolved my refund issue promptly. Also the bathroom was very clean, nice touch with that, but that's about it.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still decent for what I got.

Location was nice, staff friendly.

Since we were there with friends, we both deposited our credit cards. Nevertheless the room was charged us 2 times: from our credit card and our friends were also charged. Wrote a mail so they could charge the cost back to the credit card. Unfortunately I have not received an answer yet.

Great location, especially now that Highway 1 is not completely passable. We came from Los Angeles, made a day trip over the 17-Mile-Drive south to the roadblock and after the second night we drove on to San Francisco.
